Ath site: visit the Brasserie des Légendes
The following beers are brewed at the Brasserie des Légendes in Ath: Goliath and Gouyasse, Ducassis (organic and gluten-free, with blackcurrant juice), Saison Voisin and Legends Harmony.
Here you will be able to see the Castel and Cureur sites, see the entire beer production line at the Goliath Brewery, as well as the stages of production from fermentation onwards for the beers made at the Quintine Brewery.
The tour lasts approximately one hour. You will be invited to taste a beer of your choice from our selection at the end of the brewery tour and have the opportunity to buy beer on the spot.

Tours are only available with a reservation, for groups and businesses.
Ellezelles site: visit the Brasserie des Légendes and “Au Chaudron des Légendes”
Various beers from the Quintine and Hercule range are brewed at the Brasserie des Légendes in Ellezelles.
After watching the film De la terre au verre (“From the earth to your glass”), you can explore the brewhouse, tanks (where the beer is stored until the truck takes it to the Ath site for the next production stages), and our storehouse. Here Quintine Nature and Quintine de Noël are stored in various wine, cognac and rum barrels, which very subtly enhance their flavours.
You will be offered a range of possibilities: combine your tour with a visit to the Cédric De Taeye chocolaterie located in the brewery’s former warm storage rooms, for example.
You might also decide to end your tour at the “Au Chaudron des Légendes” pub with its authentic atmosphere. If you are hungry or thirsty, we provide good, local cuisine brightened up with subtle modern touches, all with the benefit of a wonderful view over the brewhouse and the brewer hard at work. All the food prepared here comes from local suppliers, in keeping with our short supply chain philosophy.
SYou are welcome to sit outside on our terrace if you prefer. Children can enjoy our fun, enclosed play area while you dine in peace.
Buy our beers or products made by local craftspeople in our gift shop and take the pleasure home with you.
Last but not least, you can hire electric cycles to explore our green and beautiful region in the fresh air, before or after your brewery tour.
