LA BRASSERIE DES LEGENDES CELEBRATES ITS 20TH ANNIVERSARY IN 2020!
We are preparing a colorful year 2020 for you!
On the program at the Quintine brewery :
9:30 AM – BREAKFAST:
Start your day in a relaxed way with a bread made by La Petite Gantoise and a hot cocoa from Cedric de Taeye, a chocolate roaster based in Ellezelles.
10:30 am – INAUGURATION OF THE CHAI:
It is no longer a secret that our beers have been aging for several months in oak barrels that have contained noble products of the high gastronomy.

11:30 am – LAUNCHING OF COLLABORATION BRASSIN:
For its 20th anniversary, the Brasserie des Légendes is joining forces with the Brasserie de Ranke for a unique joint brew. From this collaboration will be born an ephemeral beer with a pronounced bitterness -> it will sparkle !
11:30 am – 3:15 pm – CHAI AND CHOCOLATE WORKSHOPS:
For beer and chocolate lovers, we offer 2 free workshops:
1) Cellar/barrel workshop – presented by Jean-Louis Lizon
2) Chocolate workshop – presented by Cedric de Taeye
From making to tasting, they will make you discover the passion of their profession. Places are limited to 20 people per 45-minute workshop. Reservations at 20ans2020brasseriedeslegendes@gmail.com or on the day of the workshop at the reception desk, subject to availability. Choice of 5 times per workshop: 11:30 / 12:15 / 13:00 / 13:45 / 14:30.
11:30 am – 5:30 pm – GUIDED TOURS:
In groups of 20 people, visit the brewhouse and the new winery. Any questions? Ask them directly to our guides or to the brewers. They will be happy to answer you. Free access without prior registration.
3:30 pm – POP CHALLENGE – on reservation:
Live an exceptional moment by participating in the biggest human chain and open in turn a Quintine bottle in order to make the famous “POP” sound, typical noise of the mechanical cork. For 6€, receive a Quintine beer and a great Pop Challenge t-shirt. More information will follow later.
5:30-7:30 pm – MUSICAL QUIZ:
We will close this beautiful day with a musical quiz on the theme of beer. Your ears and brains will be put to the test. Test your beer knowledge! 10€ per team (max 6 people). Reservations: 20ans2020brasseriedeslegendes@gmail.com
STROLL IN THE FOOTSTEPS OF QUINTINE:
All day long, try a new 5 km family trail “On the tracks of Quintine”. Crisscross the beautiful region of the hills and meet our friendly witches… Depending on the weather, bring appropriate shoes. Stroll adapted to children but some passages are difficult to access with strollers. Departure and return: Brasserie Quintine.
RESTAURATION:
Choice of 4 beer-based dishes offered by Le Chaudron des Légendes. Reservations: lechaudrondeslegendes@gmail.com.
Without reservation: a food truck will offer a bread with a slice of ham from the hills and its suite of raw vegetables.
ACCESS – ENTER THE STATION:
For your safety, Guinaumont Street will be closed to traffic. Board a small train or a carriage to access the site. Planned stops: at the Place – at the Square Mémé – at the intersection of rue de la Bruyère and Guinaumont.
