Pour la dernière de la saison, David Antoine découvre la Brasserie des Légendes implantée à Ath ! Leur première bière, la Gouyasse, est sortie des fûts en 2000. Depuis, plusieurs produits ont vu le jour avec le développement de la brasserie et le rachat de la ferme familiale. Après plusieurs années ponctuées de nouveaux projets et de rachats, c’est la sauvegarde de la Distillerie de Biercée en 2019 qui terminera d’agrandir la Brasserie des Légendes. Avec plus de 18.000 hl de bière produite par an, cette équipe passionnée d’une vingtaine de personnes est une belle réussite wallonne !
